This Refund Policy encompasses Infinitrix’s procedures and stance on refunds. Please note that this Refund Policy does not pertain to the practices of companies not owned or controlled by Infinitrix, or individuals not employed or managed by Infinitrix. This includes third-party service and product providers bound by contract and third-party websites linked to by Infinitrix’s websites.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

When you submit a complaint to Infinitrix, our initial endeavor is to provide an optimal solution to the issue at hand. Your case undergoes a thorough review by our technical team and is subsequently escalated to our panel of experts. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where no viable solution can be found.

For refund approval, we evaluate the soundness and validity of each case, applying various conditions. Refunds may be considered if the following conditions are met:

Development/Post-sales operations have not commenced.

The project issues exceed the scope of rectification or resolution.

Payment terms have not been violated.

No information has been used for financial or business gain during the course of our association.

Your reasons for the refund request are valid, rational, and realistic.

You can demonstrate your creative UI design and development skills and understand what makes an app captivating.

All supporting evidence and documentation for your refund claim are provided.

The claim does not result from a billing dispute with your bank or payment vendor.

Important Note: Violation of any of the above points will render your claim void. Refund decisions are final and cannot be reversed.

 

Refund Process

 

  1. Pre-Refund

Your refund query is processed, scrutinized, and verified.

We align the query with acceptable parameters and valid reference points.

Refunds are arranged in eligible situations, either in full or in part.

  1. Post-Refund

A proof agreement is signed.

Unless instructed otherwise, all shared information and communication from the course of our engagement must be securely deleted.

  1. Transaction

The refund may take 7-10 business days to process after the refund agreement is signed.

You will be refunded in the currency in which you were originally charged. If this is not your native currency, your bank may impose exchange fees, or changes in the exchange rate may result in a difference in the refunded amount compared to your original payment (in your native currency). Any fees or losses incurred in this process are solely your responsibility.

 

Changes
